The good news is that it doesn't have to continue! As a Reiki Master, I will reveal the secret to optimizing your Energy System and Heal your Energy Centers by guiding you to Activate and Balance your Chakras.

Each week we will focus on one of your 7 primary chakras for an overall physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through powerful meditation techniques. 

These techniques involve Mindfulness Breathing, Soul Cleansing, Energy Clearing, Mantras, Gratitude, Affirmations, Mudras, Sounds Healing and Setting Intentions with Specific Music Frequencies and Crystals.

I will finish my class by sending you Reiki Healing Energy.

Prior to our meditation, I will email you a package to review and practice your Chakra Healing Meditation of the week, yours to keep.
