My connection to energy and healing began early in life and has deepened over the years through personal experience, study, and dedicated practice. I have always been drawn to the relationship between the body, the mind, and the subtle energy that supports balance and well-being. This path naturally led me to Reiki, where I discovered a way of working that honors both tradition and intuitive understanding, allowing me to guide others in reconnecting with their own capacity for healing.

As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, I integrate classical Usui Reiki with additional training in Kundalini, Gold, and Karuna Reiki, along with supportive modalities such as crystal healing, sound therapy, and tuning fork work. These tools are used thoughtfully to create a deeply personalized experience, always guided by Reiki rather than technique alone.

Through Reiki Universal Energy, my intention is to offer a calm, respectful space where physical relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance can unfold naturally. I also incorporate principles aligned with the Law of Attraction in my spiritual coaching, helping individuals develop awareness, shift limiting patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

In addition to my clinical practice, I am the author of a chakra healing book series designed to support continued reflection and self-healing beyond the session.
