The Reiki Universal Energy Chakra Healing Transmission is a guided seven-week healing journey designed to gently support the clearing, balancing, and strengthening of your chakra system.
This journey is inspired by the teachings of the Reiki Universal Energy Method, integrating chakra awareness, meditation, and Reiki healing to support emotional and energetic balance.
Each week we focus on one chakra, beginning with the Root Chakra and gradually moving upward through the chakra system to the Crown Chakra.
Through Reiki healing, meditation, and guided awareness, this journey helps restore energetic balance and deepen your connection with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom.
The teachings shared throughout this journey are also inspired by my chakra healing book series, where each chakra is explored in greater depth through practices, reflections, and daily healing guidance.

Each weekly class focuses on one chakra and lasts approximately 90 minutes.
During the class we work with:
• Reiki healing energy
• chakra awareness and guidance
• energetic clearing and balancing
• grounding and integration practices
At the end of each class we conclude with a 15-minute Reiki energy session focused on the chakra of the week, allowing participants to relax and receive the energy while integrating the teachings explored during the class.
Each week builds upon the previous one, allowing the energy system to gently open and align over time.
Many people notice deeper emotional release, greater clarity, and a stronger sense of inner stability as the journey progresses.
Many participants also begin to notice subtle shifts in their emotional awareness, sense of grounding, and connection to their intuition as the journey unfolds.

Communication, truth, and authentic expression.
Week 6 – Third Eye Chakra
Intuition, awareness, and inner guidance.
Week 7 – Crown Chakra
Spiritual connection and higher awareness.
After each class you will receive a guided practice PDF designed to support your chakra integration throughout the week.
These practices may include:
