My connection to energy and healing began early in life and has deepened over the years through personal experience, study, and dedicated practice. I have always been drawn to the relationship between the body, the mind, and the subtle energy traditionally associated with balance and well-being. This path naturally led me to Reiki, where I discovered a way of working that honors both tradition and intuitive understanding.
For years, helping others brought me connection, acceptance, and a sense of belonging. Being of service mattered deeply to me. But as I watched people find more joy in their lives, I realized something: I wanted that for myself too. I deserved some of the time, energy, and compassion I was giving to everyone else. Learning to include myself in that care became an essential part of my own healing—and of the person and practitioner I continue to become.
As a certified Reiki Master Teacher, I integrate classical Usui Reiki with additional training in Kundalini, Gold, and Karuna Reiki, along with supportive modalities such as crystal healing, sound therapy, and tuning fork work. These tools are used thoughtfully to create a personalized experience, always guided by Reiki rather than technique alone.
Through Reiki Universal Energy, my intention is to offer a calm, respectful space for relaxation, emotional reflection, and a greater sense of balance. I also incorporate principles aligned with the Law of Attraction in my spiritual coaching, helping individuals develop awareness, explore limiting patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
In addition to my Reiki practice, I am the author of a chakra healing book series designed to support continued reflection and personal practice beyond the session.
