Reiki and Crystal Healing in Dallas and Allen, Texas offers a deeply personalized energy healing experience combining Reiki, healing crystals, chakra alignment, and intuitive guidance in one session.
This is my most popular Reiki experience and is designed for clients who want more than a standard Reiki session. Each session is individually guided according to your intentions, what you are currently experiencing, and what feels most supportive during your time with me.
Whether you are feeling stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, energetically depleted, disconnected from yourself, or simply ready to restore balance, your session creates intentional space to slow down, reconnect, and receive personalized support.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy practice commonly used to support relaxation, stress reduction, energetic balance, and overall well-being.
During this advanced session, Reiki is combined with carefully selected healing crystals, chakra awareness and alignment, and intuitive guidance to create a more personalized experience.
Rather than following the exact same routine for every client, your session is adapted to you.

Healing crystals are selected intuitively according to your intentions and the energetic focus of your session.
Crystals have long been used within spiritual and wellness traditions as symbolic tools for intention, reflection, grounding, and energetic awareness.
Rather than using the same crystals for every client, I select crystals that complement the focus of your individual Reiki session.
Your session also includes attention to the seven main chakras, traditionally understood within energy-healing traditions as energetic centers associated with different areas of emotional, personal, and spiritual experience.
Chakra awareness may help identify areas that feel especially relevant to what you are currently experiencing.
Reiki, crystals, and intuitive energy work are then incorporated with the intention of supporting energetic balance, awareness, and greater connection with yourself.
Every session is intuitively guided.
During your session, intuitive guidance and personalized insights may draw from inner child work, shadow work, past life exploration, womb healing, or manifestation-focused practices, depending on your intentions and what feels most supportive during the session.
This does not mean every session becomes one of those specialized healing experiences. Instead, my training across multiple modalities allows me to personalize your Reiki session rather than approaching every client in exactly the same way.
We begin with a conversation about how you have been feeling, what brought you to Reiki, and anything you would like to focus on.
You then relax comfortably and fully clothed while Reiki is offered through gentle hands-on or near-body techniques according to your comfort.
Crystals may be placed around or near the body, and attention may be given to your chakras and overall energetic experience.
At the end of your session, we take time to discuss your experience, observations, and any intuitive insights that may be meaningful to you.
Both session lengths provide a complete personalized Reiki and Crystal Healing experience.
60-Minute Session
A complete Reiki, crystal, chakra, and intuitive healing experience for relaxation, energetic balance, and personalized support.
90-Minute Session
Offers additional time for a more spacious experience, deeper relaxation, expanded intuitive guidance, and greater time for reflection and integration.
Advanced Reiki, Crystal Infusion & Chakra Alignment sessions are available in person in Dallas, Texas, and in Allen at Mindful Mermaid.
Distance Reiki is also available separately for clients who prefer a remote healing experience or live outside the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
