In-person Birth & Labor Reiki may be available at hospitals, birth centers, or home births in Dallas, Allen, Plano, Richardson, McKinney, and surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth communities, depending on your location, birth setting, and my availability.
Because labor is unpredictable, in-person Birth Reiki must be discussed and arranged with me in advance.

Distance Reiki provides another option when having me physically present isn't practical, permitted, or possible because of location.

Birth & Labor Reiki focuses specifically on preparing for childbirth and receiving complementary Reiki support surrounding the labor and birth experience.
If you've been receiving Prenatal Reiki throughout your pregnancy, you can transition into Birth Reiki as your due date approaches.
Your need for support doesn't necessarily end when your baby arrives.
The postpartum period brings another significant physical and emotional transition. Reiki can continue as a complementary wellness practice focused on rest, grounding, emotional well-being, self-connection, and adjusting to your new chapter.
Postpartum Reiki does not replace postpartum medical or mental-health care.
